Monday – Keep Moving Vinyasa 5:15 pm

Monday – Continue Your Practice 7 pm

Tuesday – Pain Free Living 5:30 pm

Wednesday – Continue Your Practice 8 am

Wednesday – Yoga Tonic 10 am

Wednesday – Keep Moving Vinyasa 7 pm

Thursday – Get Started Beginner 5:15 pm

Thursday – Yoga + Meditation 7 pm

Friday – Continue Your Practice 8 am

Friday – Lunch With Us Yoga 12 noon
