IQYDaily has become a staple for many and we continue to offer a daily one hour online practice, Monday – Friday. The classes have a weekly thematic base and the class methodology changes somewhat each day throughout the week: Mondays – floor work, Tuesdays – standing practice, Wednesdays – moving practice, Thursdays – yoga + meditation, Fridays – restorative, therapeutic. Clear instructions and modifications are given to allow you to tailor you practice and move through class safely. You are welcome to attend all the classes!

This package includes access to the live feed daily, Monday – Friday, through Zoom. Classes are held online, you can join in live on zoom or access the lesson using the member login. This means that if you can’t be with us for the live feed class you can access it at another time at your convenience. Flexibility to fit into your schedule!

You love your yoga practice but daily practice is challenging for your schedule, time or personality. Meeting up twice a week may be just the thing for you! IQYEvenings, twice a week, keeping your practice open and spacious and flexible!
IQYEvenings includes two online classes Monday and Thursday evenings from 7 – 8 pm ET each week. Monday is a more active and energizing practice to help you start your week. Thursday’s class helps you unwind and let go of tension and stress. If you can’t make it to the ‘live’ online class these classes will be recorded and available to view on demand with your membership.

Are your hips or knees keeping you from enjoying your practice fully? Do you find getting off the floor is a chore? This is the class for you! We will be using the help of a chair and a wall on top of our usual yoga tools to facilitate a practice that focuses on maintaining mobility, strength and balance. This is a bi-weekly class, Monday and Friday mornings from 10:30 – 11:15. We’ll meet online and you’ll have access to class recordings for the duration of the session. You’ll need a yoga mat, folding chair, blanket, 2 blocks and access to a small section of wall space.

Integrative yoga encourages you to find balance through all the layers of your being – body, breath, emotion, mind and spirit – bringing you back to the best version of yourself. Set aside time on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm to reconnect.

Somatics to soothe your body – simple movements to restore functionality and reduce pain, easing out tension. Followed by a yoga nidra practice – guided meditation to support the nervous system, promote deep relaxation and foster well-being at all levels.

Yoga for healthy aging. It’s never too soon to start your practice.
We all want to age gracefully but we’ll need some help doing it. This class focuses on the body functional. As we age staying healthy can seem to be a full time job. We’ll explore yoga tools to maintain strength and balance. We’ll prioritize agility. We’ll be informed by information on how to support healthy functioning of the systems of the body. There’s no magic, but every little bit helps!

If you’ve touched on the world of yoga you’ve encountered the idea and practice of meditation. IQYMeditation offers an online and on demand meditation practice. The practice of meditation at Inner Quiet Yoga is founded in the use of mudras and the practice of yoga nidra.
Mudras are gestures mostly of the hands, but also of the face and body, used consciously to evoke specific psychological or spiritual attitudes. Learning the mudras awakens you to your energy system and breath through the intricate toolbox in your hands.
The practice of yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation created to support healing at all levels of being. Yoga nidra, usually practiced while the recipient is resting in savasana or another resting position, is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Throughout this class you may also encounter other forms and methods of meditation – mindfulness breath, silent, specific focus, etc.
All of these sessions are pre-recorded and are available online, on demand

Are you wondering if yoga might be a good practice for you? Are you wondering if you can work with an online format? IQYTrial is made just for you. At the end of each of our online six week sessions we offer a free friends and family week, inviting you to join us.
Sign up for the trial and you will have access to the live online classes and the recordings for one week. You can choose to join IQYDaily or IQYEvenings for the week. A temporary account will be set up for you so that you can login and join in! You can try it out at your own pace and if you decide you love it at the end of the week, you are welcome to register for the next session of classes.
