A complete yoga practice including asana (yoga postures), mudra and meditation practices, pranayama (breathing tools), self care suggestions and 5 koshas (the layers of your being – body, energy/breath, emotions, mind and spirit) insights.
+ support tools – an essential oil blend plus one other item (tea, eye pillow, bath salts)

A Note About Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy focuses re-establishing heath and well-being through balance by working on specific practices to align body, breath and energy, mind and emotions with spirit.
A yoga therapist takes clients through an in-depth intake to identify imbalances and create a practice of techniques to empower each individual client to build resilience and restore whole person balance.
The practices include movement, breath work, meditation, creative expression and philosophical principles.
The issues addressed include (but are not limited to):

Emotional – anxiety, depression, PTSD
Wellness – insomnia, stress management, illness recovery
