Two practices to help re-set your nervous system

Yoga Nidra

Answer winter’s invitation to turn inward and connect by choosing to practice yoga nidra. Yoga nidra literally translates as ‘yogic sleep’. This is a guided meditation practice where you are asked to use all your skills at getting cozy and show up for your self while following the instructions to help you relax deeply. Take an hour out of your busy life and return with greater resilience.

Re-set: Breathe + Restore

Four weeks Nov 29 – Dec 20 to bring you back to balance and refill your well of resources. A practice that builds your resilience while it softens your edges. One hour a week to remember to breathe, slow down and unwind your body. A combined pranayama and restorative asana/posture class. What a great way to prepare for the holidays!
