Yoga Nidra Time Change

“They say that change is as good as a rest…” Due to events taking place in the building, our Friday tradition of the deeply relaxing, meditative practice of yoga nidra is moving to 4 pm on Fridays…hopefully your schedules can adjust so that you are able to continue your practice. The next yoga nidra is scheduled for Friday July 28 at 4pm… the perfect way to start a summer weekend!
