This is becoming a signature series from Inner Quiet Yoga. It works like this: You sign up for IQYDaily online for the cost of one class per week (6 weeks = $101.70). You receive access to five classes per week plus two other recordings of mudra meditations and yoga nidra practices. You are given links to the ‘live’ classes at 10am, Monday – Friday.
