Lunchtime Revitalize Yoga with Ireni. Mondays 1 – 1:45 pm. Short, sweet, essential!

Adapting Asana Class with Anne and Arlene. For yoga teachers who want to dive into taking asana apart, learning their essence and creating a practice for any body. Making asana practice accessible. Tuesdays 5:15 – 6:45 pm, July 9 – 30. 6 CE credits.

Breathe and Restore with Anne. Take time in August to rejuvenate with this restorative practice. Generous self care Tuesdays 5:15 – 6:45 pm.

Chakra Series. 7 chakras/ 7 weeks, Wednesdays 5:15 – 6:45 pm, July 3 – August 14. Learn about your energy centres through the timeless practices of yoga. Asana, meditation, mudra, mantra, breath…so many ways to engage!

Yin Yoga with Will. Will’s teaching style has evolved into a strong yin practice. Join his class to slow down, go deep and relax. Thursdays 5:15 – 6:45 pm.

Sunday evening Yoga Nidra for when you arrive back in town and need to re-set for the coming week or just to promote deep relaxing and healing, Sundays 7 – 8pm, July 1 and 28, August 11 and 25.
