FOUR WEEK VINYASA SERIES
Saturdays at 10:30 am March 16 – April 6
Join yoga instructor and certified holistic nutritionist, Jane Ready-Webster in a four week vinyasa yoga series to balance and strengthen the mind and body. This series includes weekly 90 minute vinyasa yoga classes, each complete with meditation, breath work, intention setting and both strong and restorative asana. Every class will focus on bringing awareness and healing energy to a different area or system of the body. This class is all-levels, but great for those who wish to work up a nice yogic sweat.
